Why is it that all cells with chloroplasts have cell walls, and vice versa? Is there something that chloroplasts need from the walls? Why is it that we can't have animals that both move to eat other animals and have chloroplasts to get even more energy?

When people are deprived of sound (like in noise-canceling rooms) they become sensitive to sounds over time. If I were to where noise-canceling earmuffs all day every day, would I have temporarily better hearing once I remove them?
