Jurota was dealing with the worst debuff in the history of Kengan. The Mental illness debuff statistically gives you a much higher chance at jobbing and moving down a couple tiers. This is a well known Phenomenon seen from other well known fighters. Just look at Setsuna, Akoya, Nicolas, Meguro, etc.

Jurota really had Kanoh begging on his hands and knees for forgiveness and people actually believe that he can't beat Kuroki in a fair 1v1. Kuroki himself admitted that Jurota was on his level. Jurota beats Kuroki 6 times out of 10.
