Didnt Riot say they made changes just test people's negligence? How will their conclusions decide the solutions for 2025? Do you guys have a solution for negligence in general life?

Jhin Statikk Shiv doesn't check out, he is known for having a flexible first item, justify the atk spd/shock early when collector exists as a better option for skirmishes and picking which is what he is designed for not satisfyingly pressing Q onto 3 casters, by mid game Q is one shotting ranged.
