F35/160lb/Non-smoker: sudden appearance of 6 ulcers in a line. Any ideas? Saw a dentist 2 weeks ago for 6mo check-up and all is good there.

35/F/160lb/Non-smoker: Anyone ever have a line of ulcers like this? I think I counted 6. I’ve had them sporadically in my life, but never like this. Also, had my 6mo dental visit 2 weeks ago and no issues there.

35F - had a biopsy done 2 months ago. Came back moderately dysplastic and I chose to monitor instead of just remove it. Now it is suddenly turning red and stinging a little.
