Is R/California funded by Allstate or some other big insurance co? I posted an article about insurance companies raising rates in CALIFORNIA by 25% and a mod said it wasn't about CALIFORNIA and removed it. As a life ling resident of CALIFORNIA, I'd like to know what I'm missing.
