I traded for this Gengar ex when I was in school. Some kid had his father's pokemon cards. I traded a XY venasour for this baby. I still don't know if it's real though. Also is it worth grading?

I got this card for Christmas. I own another becket card and the font and the back of the label on this card doesn't seem right to me. I searched up the card on Beckett and it says it's real. Parts of the back label seems off. Is this real and just a bad label?
