Found a New AT&T N77 and DoD site that just got the tower set up not to long ago because I went by this site almost a month ago and the equipment was on the ground!!

Pretty sure this is Verizon! I checked the BW and it has 200Mhz of spectrum! But it looks like it is backhual limited!! Located right beside the Amtrak station in Elkhart,Indiana here are the Coordinates!
