DWP just told me they would pay me a RHP today, now they've told me I have to wait until Monday and won't receive the RHP they were going to give me today.

[Universal Credit] DWP told me they had paid me £30 for a RHP today. After telling me this, they called up to say that I won't get paid any RHP for this period and will only get an RHP for next period on Monday. So I'm going 5 days without any money after just being told they had paid me today.
