I'm not like the rest of the sub who scales based on measly statements & fodders. I scale based off of feats & FACTS. And the fact is, Kuroki has yet to face anyone his age. Everybody he faced was at least a decade younger than him. If Kuroki faces someone who is his age, he would lose the fight.
