After purchasing a sous vide cooker, and making absolutely sure I didn't mess anything up, I finally have (mostly) great ECN-2 results. Film is Vision 3 250D and expired 500T. Flicfilm ECN-2 kit.

I bought a cheap expired roll of 120 film with an unlabeled wrapping. Turns out it's a Spanish film called Valca Imperiale S Pan. Not alot of info online about this stuff.
