I accept seniors advice..but why we should not ..when we have 20% return on small cap on a long term ..I didn’t get ans still 😢

Instead of small cap..can I do sip of same 50 k in flexicap or diversify into large/ mid /small (50,30,20) mantra ..pls suggest ..90 percentage I got cleared by seniors
