Don't store chemfuel or other explosives from vanilla combat expanded in the same room as wood and every other item in your stockpile :). Chemfuel got ignited by the mortar pikeman causing this chain reaction and the downfall of the colony :).

Today I learned that visitors or traders attack berserk colonists that are not even attacking them.
