My Favourite Army of Renown, The swords of Chaos, isn’t close to as cool as it used to be in 4th edition, so I decided to make my dream battle traits for them. What are your thoughts? Would they fit into 4th edition keeping in mind the terrible list building options the army has for 2000 pts?

I’ve received a lot of pushback on my list idea for the swords of chaos, due to this I will delete my previous post and have cut down the rules a lot to be hopefully much fairer in your opinion:
