Why is my hair so ugly and dull, the sides are wooly and don’t grow nicely. I want shiny, smooth and strong hair like the last picture , what can I do? I’m thinking to cut it and give up on long hair bcuz it doesn’t look nice

My hair is dull and ugly, how can I can get hair like the last 4 photos , my hair is wavy usually and straight when short, I just want strong hair that’s shiny and smooth like the photos in the end, how do I do it ?

Hair is extremely dry, even after conditioning, also it’s growing slow I think and the strands feel so dry , do u think it’s something hormonal? I took accutane like 2 years ago, and my hair used to be way better before it, I know I’m not tripping. And the sides aren’t growing, I circled for refernc
