Assuming the blue light filter is on and the brightness is low on a tablet, will it still be much more harmfull to the eyes than an e-reader in the long run?

I always heard that e-reader has a technology to not affect/tired the eyes in the long run. Even if a tablet is low on brightness and the blue light filter is on, is it still inferior in this aspect?

Would it be possible for us to live without plastic again? I mean if everyone stopped using plastic, things would become more expensive and would have to be replaced by other materials, in addition to changing customs. But is there something that, without plastic, would not exist in any other form?

Without being on the religious side or the hope of something after death, is there anything historical that justifies such an ancient belief in reincarnation, resurrection or paradise/hell?
