Ceiling fan in my grandma's dining room. The label that tells you what the model number is and other info is missing, but i'm pretty sure it is a TAT Deluxe model BDF52CB-AB with a light kit some goof wrapped a bunch of wire around.

Can this slight convergence issue be corrected? This 32" Toshiba tube has a bonded yoke so i am not completely sure. It's not really noticeable from a distance, but i would like to learn and practice making adjustments.
