Idk what to do anymore I sleep in till 5pm every day and have recently never finished my Dinner or Desserts when I get them my sleeping late is slowly ruining my life and I don’t know how to fix it,

I was just thinking for awhile about what I said in my last post and I think instead of running away or something similar I will just use the idea of living alone as my motivation to improve my life style basically,
