Ok so I was making my sim and idk what happened, but when I went to do the back tattoo I noticed there spine looked like this and tried adjusting the posture, but that's didn't help, it's kind of prominent and sticks out. At first I thought it was their arm, can someone help? I'm playing on the PS4. NSFW
