I was simply adding back tattoos when I noticed my Sims spine looked like this, it sticks out and is very prominent idk what happened but I need help, does anyone know how to fix it? Also I am on sims4 ps4 if that makes a difference??

Ok so I was making my sim and idk what happened, but when I went to do the back tattoo I noticed there spine looked like this and tried adjusting the posture, but that's didn't help, it's kind of prominent and sticks out. At first I thought it was their arm, can someone help? I'm playing on the PS4. NSFW
