[WP] People are often blessed with "skills". Most get combat skills, such as "Archery" or "Wind Magic". You got "Reforge". It's a skill that lets you instantly know how to create any tool you see and it also allows re-rolling of stats on an item. You just discovered you can use it on yourself.

[WP] It was called Operation Picket Fence. The plan was to give the supervillain a family and with it, a child, so he would learn to love others and possibly leave his villainous ways to give his child a better life. Ten years have passed since the birth of his child.
