For small pooling and streaks, do I need to sand down the whole top coat again? Or can I just tape around the areas and sand the top coat and reapply topcoat? I’m hoping I don’t have to sand the whole floor top coat again since it’s only on few spots. Any recommendations will help! Thank you!
