How long would the longest living freezable turtles live for if they were unfrozen only for a week every 3-4 months?

If life began so shortly after earth began, at least around 4 billions years ago in a ~500 million earth, according to LUCA, why would it not have started spontaneously again after so long? Was it a "lucky" happening?
