Hi, I’m trying to help someone from R/poverty finance that had an eviction in Little Rock find the webpage that they would use to look up the court records, anyone have an idea? Are evictions always municipal court or does it vary by state?

Some of the videos people post are shocking, where they can clearly hear tvs etc in the neighboring apartment. So do you stop watching tv at like10pm or like what precautions do you take?

wondering if I should put in my 30day notice in order to keep trying to be accepted to a cheaper apt. I pay 1700 for a nice 2bed but there are nice apts in my area for 800. What happens if I put my 30day notice in and they find a new renter to live in my unit, but by Sep1st I haven’t found a place?
