Why haven't we found Dark matter and please done tell me 80% of the universe is made up of it and it's just that big? What would its properties be? How would it react if it touched normal "light" matter?

How does vehicular suicide with carbon monoxide work? How is it performed and how does a person perform it? I’ve seeen it movies many times when the person is in the Car and he dies due to CO poisoning.
