I ordered a part from Thrustmaster who is in france and i am in toronto canada and they (TM) charged me for the part and standard shipping. I Received my item and have also recieved a "Disbursment Fee" from the shipper. Do i need to pay this? Why did i pay for shipping to be charged by FedEx after?
