Why does my watch show wrong altitude most of the time? For example, when I go to beach and let the GPS set the altitude in the Barometer settings, it shows a value like -300m below sea level when I’m literally at the 0m sea level. I have the Venu 2+

I bought some Decathlon Teflon grease for ball bearings and applied it to the ball bearings a few months ago but now the steering wheel is completely frozen and no longer turns and this is how the ball bearings looks now. Any solution?
