I just wanted to say I appreciate the wholesomeness of this sub. I posted to a non-mental health sub after only really posting here and was attacked with cruelty over something really inane. Posting on Reddit can feel like trying to interact with a feral cat a lot of the time, depending on the topic

I was skipping sleep often a little while ago and playing chicken with psychosis. It wasn't a great time, but I made two songs. Here's a lyric video of one using the current rough recording. It's called "Glass Planes." I may post the other song soon. Hopefully the text is visible enough.

Do any of you, particularly those with bipolar, take stimulants, be it coffee or anything else? What are your strategies to keep them safe and sustainable? They'll be more potent for me from an AP switch, and possibly be more helpful, but they could also be more risky. I especially need good sleep.
