My(19f) boyfriend (20m) of 3 years sometimes doesn't read or reply to all my texts, the blame is placed onto me - I understand but feel it's not OK? How can I move forward with this?

Sometimes my(19f) boyfriend(22m)of 3 years doesn't reply to certain texts & I have to ask him to reply alot. It makes me feel like he doesn't pay much attention to me or something. How can I move foward healthy ?
