How do unvaccinated children cause "outbreaks of measles"? Shouldn't the fact that almost all kids are vaccinated stop them from getting the measles? Shouldn't the only people suffering from an outbreak of measles be those who aren't vaccinated?

Why does everyone refer to the boiling point of hydrogen at standard pressure when talking about the storage of hydrogen for fuel cell cars? Isn't the actual boiling point much higher because it's under pressure?
