Did my 1st brisket on my 1st pellet grill. 8 hours at 225 degrees, pulled at 175 degrees,wrapped in butcher paper with beef tallow, put back in until an internal temp of 205 degrees. Placed in cooler with towels for 8 hours. This is the result.
