If the U.S. or any other country lands a person on Mars would/could they claim it as territory of that country, and what if a private company landed on Mars first, could they claim rights to it?

I'm sure this dumb, but if light photons have no mass then how does gravity affect them? Do they have "micro-mass" or does gravity not actually have an association with mass? But then why do larger masses have more gravity? I'm slightly confused as you can see.

If I dug into the Earth 2,000 miles, (roughly 1/4 the diameter), and stood in that space, would I experience only 75% of 1G?

Give me your best "plausible" scientific reason for how Superman can fly. Keep in mind that it's not just flying, he can propel his body through space, earth, water - all forms of matter or lack there of without a visible form of propulsion.
