If I took a digital 1080p picture of a 1080p screen, perfectly fit in the frame, and then took a perfectly framed 1080p digital picture of that digital picture and a perfectly framed 1080p digital picture of that digital picture and so on, would I ever lose quality in the photo?

People are worried about long term side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine. Catching the actual COVID-19 virus also has the possibility of giving someone long term side effects. Is the uncertainty / risks equivalent between catching COVID-19 and receiving the vaccine?
