HBD to Doom 3! I don't have the copy I played back in '04, but I do have my Doom Collector's Edition from '03 which included preview materials for Doom 3. My first glimpses at the nightmare!

I appreciate Doom 3 BFG having achievements for classic Doom and Doom II. It's a good enough reason to revisit the games without the bells and whistles of newer ports, which enjoy doing from time to time.

Doom 3 did not introduce horror to the series; it introduced certain horror TROPES to the series.
