If I were to swap the nerves e.g. innervating my left index finger with the nerves innervating my left pinky, would touching my left pinky make me feel touch in my index finger? If so, would my brain get used to it after a while, rewiring itself?

I have -2.0 diopers on my eyes (20/80) which most likely comes from looking at screens and my desktop from up close in the past. Now, whenever I look at them, I don't need to focus with my eyes. Does this mean my myopia won't worsen from accommodating to things up close anymore?
