Noob Elden ring question as I’m still new to the game but do different weapons have different stats to stun ? For example I am currently holding a large club am I more likely to stun the enemy for a critical with that then say a short sword and how do I know the stability of each weapon?

Going through my first play through of Elden Ring It’s okay, but I would judge it as being too big I think I prefer the original dark souls and Demon souls to this.
