Why can't we use Nanotech for tearing down muscle fibers so the body naturally builds it back stronger? It would be the best selling fitness drug ever created.

We don't (yet) but let's say my family does get Coronavirus. Then what? What should I do assuming no hospital beds are available? What OTC meds? What if it gets serious and their lungs begin to fail? How do I save them?
