[WP/EU] The Federation has a dark secret. There is no "Main Computer". They have not been able to build a computer that can possibly handle all the requirements of running a ship. One human is lobotomized and acts as the main computer. Only admirals and up know this. Picard just got his promotion.

[WP] An alien race is studying earth for the first time. In particular it's government systems. They are inherently non-greedy as a species. Capitalism is an entirety new concept to them. They have only ever used communist style systems. You are delivering your findings to your scientific community.
