How to adjust the analog joystick to make it move subject slower? I am playing Star Wars arcade but joystick moves the cross hair too fast.

You can make a SNES control pad into an arcade style joystick by adding epoxy putty on top of the analog stick. See I created a ball on top of the stick? On the right is the epoxy putty I used. Dry and hard in 30 minutes. Won't come off ever.
