Probably a stupid question, but are the types of nematodes you find in enclosures harmful to humans or mammals? Can they infect people or pets? I switched from reptisoil to a local business's detrivore substrate which I now realize has nematodes in it and I'm a little grossed out.

What are these creatures I found under the lid of my orange springtail culture? I thought they were nematodes but I'll post in the comments a video of them walking the way springtails do
