The larger a black hole is, the more dense it is. If the universe was infinite and uniformly dense, does that mean it would necessarily have to exist within a black hole?

So, photons move at c with respect to anything. But, they don't have reference frames, so is it correct to say that anything moves at c with respect to a photon, or is that a meaningless statement?
