Sudan’s former Minister of Interior says that Burhan ALREADY promised to attend the Geneva talks, but is keeping it hush because of “internal disputes” (i.e. the Islamists). He also says the assassination attempt came from allies (not the RSF) and more violence is expected.

SAF says the RSF was responsible for the assassination attempt of Burhan (contradicting other reports that it was an inside job). They say they arrested 5 “collaborators” who snuck weapons into Jabit using donkeys and sheep.
