If say, an object which exists in 4 spatial dimensions were to interact with our universe, would spacetime in our universe be 'displaced' (a la fluid by mass as in Archimedes' principle) by its appearance?

(Novel-research) I have a minor character who's been given drinks as a ploy to get useful information out of her. The main character entering the scene can pry the right answers out of her, but needs her to sober up as fast as possible. Is there a way to get her sober quickly?
