[FNV] My companions completely stop moving the moment they get inside the Frontier cars, any fix?

[FNV] So, whenever i drive around with the Frontier cars, i get these massive stutters that are probably related to render lag, ive seen other ppl use this mod with no stutters, any way to fix this?
