[HM] This is my first post here,(and first real short story) I got the prompt from another sub, it was one asking about how you would feel if you woke up to find out potatoes never existed. Its all dialogue and I understand this isn't the best, but please. I would love real feedback.

I understand there are several ways to measure distance between objects in space, but its always seemed to my smaller brain like all the methods used, rely on info from other methods to be proven.
