What is the best way to take these logos off and clean the residue? I would like to swap them, but don’t know how much of a hassle it would be

Looking to buy a new rear passenger quarter panel to replace mine after getting rear ended. I want an original one but old blazer parts are few and far between to come by in good condition. Any good recommendations on aftermarket ones that are of the same quality and not cheap?
