Can a CPS worker message me? I need to report something but I don't have all the details that are required on the CPS tip line thingy.

I just submitted a tip via CSP's online tip form. I was missing a good bit of info. Is that ok? I didn't have the perpetrator's name so I said " Mom's BF". Is that ok? I didn't know Thier exact age so I put my best guess. Is that ok?
