What's with YT's hypocrisy? Video blocked in Russia only at first, but after setting it to planned, it gets blocked worldwide. And the worst part is that that exact same track gets used in another video that is live on YT.

Video first only restricted in Russia, after planning it to go public it gets restricted worldwide? How does that make any sense?
