did someone ever bring up to the founding fathers the hypocrisy of writing “with liberty and justice for all” and “all men are created equal” while having slaves? what was their response? how did they justify it?

Lenin did not establish socialism, but rather a “peasant proprietorship.” instead of abolishing private property, they just gave private property to peasants. if the ussr, had continued, was there any evidence of it moving toward a classless, stateless society without private property?
