Got a lump on my neck, had it for around 2-3 years and just wanna know what it is, I was wondering if it was lipoma I can send photos if neccesary, got really bad health anxiety too in general. Thanks in advance.

I have had a lump on the back of my neck for 2-3 years, it’s always worried me but I have really bad health anxiety so I avoid it. I can move it around.
