Water becomes solid under 0°C, AKA frozen. Does that mean that, for example, my fork is "frozen" because the metal is solid, or do we only say something frozen if it's under 0°C?

Would a person lose weight due to an increased caloric deficit due to needing more energy in body heat if they didn't use heating, took cold showers, slept with window open, naked without a blanket, ate cold foods like ice cream, drank very cold drinks and generally tried to stay "cold"?
